TOURNAMENT RULES

GENERAL RULES

1. Be a good sport! 

  • Refrain from the use of profane, abusive, hateful, racist, violent, or negative language towards/about yourself, other fighters, the tournament organizers and/or Xtreme Fighter’s Showdown.  

  • Do not cheat, or use or exploit any bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities or unintentional mechanics to get a competitive advantage for yourself or others. 

  • Do not bully, threaten, harm, troll, harass or stalk anyone, or encourage others to do so. 

2. Be appropriate and respectful! 

  • Refrain from the use of lewd, obscene, explicit and/or sexual language towards/about yourself, other fighters, the tournament organizers and/or Xtreme Fighter’s Showdown. 

  • Do not disparage or discriminate against anyone based on their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, appearance, mental or physical ability, or other personal characteristics. 

3. Be on time! 

  • Check-in and arrive at your match(es) on time.

By participating in the event, you agree to assume liability and responsibility for yourself and/or any Minor for which you serve as Guardian, for any and all injury and damage incurred or caused by or you during this event, including but not limited to any injuries that may result from any video game console, monitor, joystick, or any other object, as well as commentating, excitement, or the actions of other individuals.

All attendees shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Xtreme Fighter’s Showdown, its affiliated corporations, and their respective volunteers, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, staff and team members from and against any and all costs and expenses, damages, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, losses and judgments including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, based on, arising out of or in any way related or connected with the Event or any other matter or activity directly or indirectly related to the Event, including but not limited to libel, slander, disparagement, defamation, copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, piracy, plagiarism, or infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party. This obligation shall continue beyond the term of the Event.

*Any violation of the Rules, Terms & Conditions will result in your automatic disqualification.
