VOLUNTEER

WANT TO VOLUNTEER AT OUR IN-PERSON/OFFLINE TOURNAMENT?

We are in need of volunteers to help with the following:
 

• Tournament Operators (T.O.):  by utilizing start.gg, TOs will be responsible for tournament flow, information relay and competitor, in-game assistance. We are search for TOs for all featured titles: Super Smash Bros Ultimate | Dead or Alive 6 | SOULCALIBER VI | The King of Fighters XV | Tekken 7 | Dead or Alive 5: Last Round | Street Fighter V: Champion Edition | Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown.

• ​Check-In Assistants: assist the front desk with checking in registered attendees by distributing wristbands/lanyards. 

• Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew: assist with the set-up and tear-down of the event. Must arrive Thursday, June 1, 2023 & stay late on Saturday June 3rd, 2023.

• General Volunteer: willing to help in any area that requires assistance (excluding Tournament Organizer tasks).

All accepted volunteers will receive a free XFShowdown shirt & free admission for yourself to either spectate and/or compete in any tournament!
